Last week on General Hospital, Kevin planned a romantic evening for Laura with Lulu's help. Laura thought they were attending an old Hollywood costume party, but it was really a special night for her and Kevin. During the evening, Kevin proposed to Laura, and she accepted. Laura was dressed in a wine red velvet v-neck gown with draped sleeves and cutout shoulders by Teri Jon by Rickie Freeman. Laura's gown is currently on sale. There's also a similar purple crushed velvet gown by the same designer.
