Monday on General Hospital, Alexis was embarrassed when her therapist Neil and ex-husband Jax sat with her at the Nurses Ball and they explained how they knew one another. On Tuesday, Alexis worried when Sonny informed her that Kristina had left the house alone. Alexis found Kristina confronting Shiloh at the ball, and took her home. Thursday on General Hospital, Alexis was relieved to have Kristina safe at home and away from Dawn of Day. Alexis worried when Kristina told her she had to go out to apologize to Julian and beg for her job back. Thursday on GH, Alexis was worried when Kristina said she had to leave the house to beg for her job back. Alexis asked Michael if she made the right decision to let Kristina leave. In turn, Diane dressed as Alexis and acted as a decoy.

Friday on General Hospital, Alexis and Diane disguised themselves as one another so that Alexis good avoid Valerie and reach the safe-house to see Kristina. Once there, Alexis and Sonny listened to Kristina who had reflected on her association with Dawn of Day and her family's reaction. Early in this episode, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) was wearing a green, blue, and brown plaid shirt with a tie front by J.O.A. Later on, Diane wore it as her Alexis disguise. On New Year's Eve on General Hospital, Alexis spoke to Julian at the benefit and gave him advice about Kim. She told him that Kim probably wanted to spend NYE with him and only asked him to go to the Metro Court because she thought the benefit would be more fun for him. During this episode, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) was wearing a pair of linear linked rectangular crystal earrings framed with pave stones by AQUA.

In December, Alexis visited Sam's place to see how angry Kristina was after their latest fight. Sam told her mother that she didn't want to be stuck in the middle of her arguments with Kristina. A few weeks ago on General Hospital, Alexis talked with Oscar at the Metro Court on Thanksgiving Day. Alexis told him that all parents made their children do things they didn't want to and that she did the same with her daughters.
