Hannah O'Connor, played by the talented singer and actress Meghann Fahy, was a troubled villain on One Life to Live. Though Hannah was crazy, I did like her fashion sense. In this scene (and in the episodes that followed on October 25th and 26th), Hannah was wearing a pretty pink sweater called the Whipped Woolens Cardigan from Anthropologie over the Chiffon Surplice Dress by Staring at Stars from Urban Outfitters.

Edited to add: In addition to her work on One Life to Live, Meghann Fahy is great in the Hallmark Hall of Fame movie "The Lost Valentine" (2011) where she plays Caroline Thomas in the 1940's, with Betty White playing Caroline in the present day. Interestingly enough, Caroline, like Hannah, wears Anthropologie in one of the scenes (the purple Tiny Windows Dress).
