Early this month, Lulu and Laura voted for Laura in the mayoral election, and Spencer tagged along to observe "democracy in action." During this episode, Lulu (Emme Rylan) was carrying a black tote bag with chain straps and studded with metal ball details around the edge from Zara. Lulu has used this studded purse previously.
